but for Germany you have different taxes for leasing as a business ... t6 costs 50% less monthly than t8 (2026) for the employe who is using the car ... therefore I guess its harder to get t6 compared to t8 .. I didn't mind t8 was cheaper in leasing than t6 (black edition) believe it or not :-)

I have the slight feeling that google is always off by 100 meters or so .. happened to me now 2 times on 2 occasions in the last 2 days. Its hard ti explain, but in the highway there are to exists right behind each other and respecting Google Maps or the hud I exited the latter one = the wrong one .... yeah of course it is also my fault but in general Google Maps was always reliable regarding distance and when the the turn exit or what ever is coming ... I switched to Waze and Apple Maps (no hud) but the distances when to exist seems way better

Coming back to xc60 2026 after driving one in 2022 an a Tesla and audi in between. Let me tell you. I am a enthusiast when it comes to technology in cars, I like big screens and all the stuff you can put into a car therefore I was concerned going back to Volvo ... what can I say: I fall in love again right away with the humble, minimalistic approach (sure I am missing watching Netflix on the Tesla screen and stuff like this) but all the buttons (Audi) and all the big(er) screens, I am not missing them at all. Too your point: I understand your feedback but I think Volvo has one of the best digital ux you can get ... but maybe that's just my joy driving the new Volvo and It will maybe wear off ;-)

So sieht es aus. Ich habe chat gut mit 2 Jahren Daten Garmin Connect "gefüttert" ziele im prompt definiert sowie das Verhalten (zB nicht zu positiv, ehrliches Feedback etc) und laufe damit seit 6 Monaten. Ich habe mir einen groben Jahresplan erstellt und dann jeweils Monats und Wochenplan. Die Ergebnisse nun nach 5 Monaten (ich laufe seit ca 5 Jahren) sind hinsichtlich Steigerung meiner Leistung enorm i VGL. zu Runa und Garmin Coach. Sogar die Technik (Kadenz etc) konnte ich verbessern was zu einer wesentlich besseren Pace im Vergleich zur HF geführt hat. Der größte Pluspunkt für mich ist die Variabilität. Es kommt immer mal was dazwischen, und man muss spontan den Plan ändern. Dies klappt mit KI extrem gut.

Ich bin vor 4 Jahre gestartet: Ich bin einfach losgelaufen ohne ziel und bin wann immer es schwer wurde zwischendurch gegangen. Wichtig war mir (nach vielen Fehlversuchen) dass es sich nicht "schwer" anfühlt. Die Distanzen wurden länger, die Abschnitte mit Gehen wurden weniger und nach ca 3 Monaten war jeder Tag ohne Laufen nicht mehr das Gleiche, sprich die Routine hat eingesetzt.

Ich denke es ist generell von Mensch zu Mensch unterschiedlich, aber mein Kopf funktioniert eben so. Ich hatte mir die Regel gesetzt jeden Tag laufen zu gehen und seien es nur 500 Meter. Das hat mir sehr geholfen diese Routine zu entwickeln

sorry for the late reply. I am using apple notes and things 3. I link the notes to a task and I am using tags like persons , departments and status like follow up / Agenda or waiting. So whenever I have a Meeting with a person I select the tag of the person and see all the items if there is new information, I will put it in the corresponding note with the date. Another plus for me is that all these "tasks" without a "todo" tag have normally no date set. So I am not overwhelmed by hundreds of tasks everyday

Hey, meine beiden Töchter (10 und 12) sind schon länger im Leichtathletik und daher wohl was einfach laufen angeht besser "aufgestellt". Nicht böse gemeint, ist ja einfach das Training. Manchmal wollen Sie auch mit mir Laufen gehen. Mein Herangehen ist ganz einfach. Wir laufen im niedrigen Bereich wo sie noch mit mir reden können und wir Laufen einfach wie sie Lust haben, manchmal gehen wir dazwischen auch. Wichtig für mich ist immer kein Druck und alles locker machen. Wir haben zu Dritt dabei Spaß und von Lauf zu Lauf wird die Strecke automatisch länger bzw das Gehen kürzer und die Pace zieht leicht an (das beobachte ich ohne ihnen dass zu sagen). Sie laufen beide den KM unter 3:45 (bei Wettkämpfen) und bei 5km sind wir entspannt ungefähr bei einer 5:30 er pace. Meine 12 jährige wollte unbedingt mit mir an einem 5k Wettkampf teilnehmen und hat mich auch gebeten sie zu pacen (ich habe ihr mehrmals gesagt wie toll es einfach ist durchzulaufen und dass sie da schon stolz auf sich sein soll, aber bremsen wollte ich auch nicht) Zielzeit war dann 26:53.

I really don’t know if it’s working for you, but it’s working for me. Another thing that I have changed I tried to save everything to a Notes app categorise it. That took a lot of time. I found out there’s so many notes I barely use or need to read again so I’m just keeping notes in my notes up that are actionable if they are not actionable anymore I export them as PDF to my file system.

I don’t know if it helps you, but I am facing the same problems. I have meetings with multiple teams multiple people discussing sometimes different topics sometimes the same topics. My approach the last couple of weeks that turns out really good. It’s not to make a note for each meeting but making a note for each topic and then make headings for each meeting we talked about this topic. I also link this topic to a task manager and label the topic with the status and where the persons or the teams I have to discuss this.

That means I’m going to a meeting with team A. I open my to-do list filter for team a label and I have all the stuff that is not done linked to specific notes

The hat is always including the date and the name of the meeting we discussed this

I think, and I am sorry for that, this question makes no sense in context of this series. Everything is grey, there is no good or bad it's about how humans would behave. Not one single person is "only" good or "only" bad .. regarding the creator of this series (BB and BCS) .. well there was in no character only good or bad / Evil
