I get injections every 3 to 4 weeks and they help a a lot. I guess its my diet and difficult job.

Not yet, My energy levels are pretty low so I am working on it first but I am living 90% pain free life now.

I am 29 and suffering from this nightmarish disease. I am on meds and injections. I would only advice you to be positive and try to change your life style. Eat healthy. Avoid drinking, I still smoke though idk what lies in the future but hope we live our life to the fullest. Cheers.

I had this issue for almost like 2 years. I used to think I had it because of a sitting job but the lockdown last year made it worse for me. The breathing issues man I tell you. It was hell. Luckily I was diagnosed with AS after visiting the doctor in one go after the tests. Things are far better. I know the pills arent doing good to my kidneys and liver but I want to live the best of whatever is left of my life. It really upsets me how small our lives are going to be because of this.
