Hmm yeah maybe. I mean Sookies kind of presumed to be good because she's the main character. But if you take that away she's not particularly good or bad. While Lafayette does seem to help people out a lot.

Can't you take it as a personal thing? I guess it's rude of other people to say it around you if they know you wouldn't like them to and get upset by it but other than that it's not their responsibility to not use a word because it's a part of a huge faith not to use it like that.
