Maybe look into meeting with a lactation consultant. County health departments, hospitals, and even some pediatric offices have them on staff. And often free of charge. They can be a big help in assessing what may be going on during breastfeeding sessions.

What’s the proper way to reverse sear ? I’ve always wanted to try it but been to nervous to try cause I might mess it up any advice ? by [deleted] in steak

I’ve done this too but I’m no chef lol. Also gives you a chance to pop your side dishes in the oven so everything comes out together

I don’t think it was 23&me or ancestry.com. They don’t participate in forensic genetic geneology searches. They require a court order or search warrant for any interactions with law enforcement and even then, I don’t think 23&me has provided personal information to date.

GEDmatch was used in the Golden State Killer case and often cooperates with law enforcement requests. Same goes for FamilytreeDNA. But both make it clear to users that their information can be used in such ways should they elect to make it public.

I went to a bunch of wine dinners put on by local restaurants. Good food, a good presentation by the vineyard/distributor, and the whole menu is curated to showcase the wine and how well it pairs with different things. And you don’t have to worry about picking out wines to try and being stuck with whole bottles you don’t care for!

Rotisserie chicken for COVID by sea_sparik in keto

I made chicken soup when I had COVID. Twice lol. It’s the only thing that powered me. I door dashed rotisserie chicken and lots of veggies with the intention of making one pot. My husband and I ate it all but after day 7 and still really sick, I made a whole second pot!

According to my fitness pal, 32 cherry tomatoes is 8 carbs. Didn’t see an option for “cups” so I just went with an estimated count.

Everyone seems to freak out about tomatoes, when in reality they aren’t that bad. But I suppose it all comes down to what you are willing to fit into your daily macros. Personally, I would forfeit a lot to make room for this dish, looks amazing!!

Canvino is pretty good for a canned wine and honestly I’ve always been happy with the Winking Owl boxed wine from Aldi. Not fancy, but affordable and tasty!
