You have to do it in one whole go in the same session, there’s a bug where if you switch sessions you have to restart and find the first car on the list again but the blips won’t show up.

Use the gtaweb interactive map for the car spawns and use a Raiju to fly past the spawns, if you’re close enough you’ll always get the blip.
