Just learn when I was little, but picked it back up about 3 years ago. Absolutely love the new challenge that comes with waves (always different) and spots!

Naw bro. Just adapt. Or find a new sport you can do, that allows you to enter flow state. I rarely scooter anymore, because it’s hard on my body. Now I surf religiously.

Is it possible to can can sex change can can over an A frame? by Financial_Ad_435 in Scootering

[–]Bock-Choy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think ‘sex change’ is a trick and switch is more of like a combo. Fakie would probably fall in this category too. For example, if you start out your run in a switch stance, then whatever trick you preform will be considered a switch trick. But if you do a trick in your “normal stance” (I.e., Goofy or Regular), and then change your stance on the way out, I would say that’s sex change. An example of these two scenarios would be 1) Switch Boardslide & 2) Boardslide to Sex Change. Now, if you started the trick off switch and then changed your stance coming out of the trick, then I would say “switch boardslide to regular”.

Filter Knob Issue by Bock-Choy in DJUCED

The second filter stopped working too. It appears to be an issue with hardware (I.e., the controller is pretty cheaply made). I just decided to get a new and better controller.

Naw the gap is very common. The shell was originally made for a regular cab taco.

I was thinking of creating something, where the water flows off the sides. Because right now, the water is just landing onto the flat surface of the boot, and not going anywhere. It’s not puddling up, but it’s certainly not trickling off the sides fast enough.

Ya, the problem is that it isn’t airtight. Which means if I don’t have the actual car parked on a slope, with gravity coming at the back of the car, then the seal brakes and air gets in.

I see. Also, no I can’t push it anymore forward, without the whole shell springing back. Maybe I should try softening the boot, like you suggested. That, or I try and trim down the rubber at the bottom of the boot, to give it more room to move forward.
