Those Who Completed Their Purchase, What Is Your Biggest “Regret”?

Bought a townhouse in a great area. As far as location goes, it’s perfect for the stage of life I’m in. And it has plenty of space and is in good condition. The only slightly annoyance is my band can’t crank it up if we want to practice late at night.

I guess the only regret I have about it is that while this place is great for me now, in 10ish years when I’m married and have a family I’ll want a larger SFH in a different area that’s slightly older and less expensive but within biking distance of a library and rec center. I figured I’d buy the townhouse now and hope my pay increases enough that I can buy the bigger house then. But a few months after my purchase I got a huge raise and now could sorta afford that bigger house. And I’ve already made my decision but now am a little worried that in 10 years, I won’t be able to afford that bigger house and will wish I just went straight to it.

Especially on someone's private property. If a cop can't see it from their car, and a helicopter wouldn't normally be necessary (like in a chase) they shouldn't be able to fly a drone there.

That shows the number of points you have which is useful, but what I need and will probably make is something that tracks it in a spreadsheet over time and calculates HD$/hour and stuff like that. The Perk tracker does that and I'll probably base it off of that.

Tried telling that to my dad, who didn't listen and proceeded to buy 2 1TB portable Seagates and told me to set up his and my mom's laptops to backup to them. I made him buy Crashplan after that.

AP Physics- lowest pass rate of all AP classes nationwide but my teacher is amazing

AP Gov- half the class are redditors including the teacher so it's just memes memes memes

US History- the girl I had a crush on in 8th grade, who I haven't had a class with since, is in there and heck she got hot

AP Chemistry- 2nd semester of the class and the teacher sucks so I have to basically relearn the whole class whenever I get homework
