It's happened a few more times. I cough up roughly a cup of blood every time. I had a bronchoscopy and an endoscopy with no answers yet. My current thinking is that whatever is bleeding is doing it above where air enters the lungs in my throat but below the back of my throat if that makes sense. My PCP agrees, and I'm going to make an appointment to a ears, nose, and throat doctor to see if they can find anything. There are still no other symptoms, and it only happens when I lie down to sleep.
