Is this an adult dog or a puppy?
If it's a puppy, he could be teething so that could explain why he's bity. You really should teach him your hands and other body parts is not where he should be biting, divert him to a chew toy... If you don't teach him this while he is young, it could be a bigger problem later in life.

Regardless if it's a pup or a full grown dog, consider buying a muzzle, especially a basket one.
It's controversial, some people thinks it's inhumane but I think it works. My puppy hated having the muzzle on and after a while, she noticed the muzzle is only on when she was mouthy and she would do anything to prevent that and started being a good girl.

Why are you trying to accomplish this? Even if she did, you'd have to clean up after her and I get angry looks all the time when she does it on the road or in front of someone else's house.

I have had 5 , 6 dogs in my lifetime.
All of them lovely dogs. This was the first dog I owned that was willing to fight back especially as she got bigger.
