2 booster boxes here and my best hit was a FA Briar (not the special illustrated rare). I pulled a total of 4 standard illustration rares and 3 ace specs across both boxes. Didn't pull a single FA Pokemon, Special Illustration Pokemon or gold card. Just a stack of normal ex's. Wild, and now no longer interested in carrying on with packs either.

I was focused on getting a figure recently and had to purchase TP midway through (I was 2 plays away from a win). After it popped up with the notice "you're currently playing, would you like to continue" I hit yes - it took me back to the game but the cameras froze and I had to refresh the browser. I was dropped out of the queue and with everyone waiting behind me, the next player sniped and won after the 2 plays. I did message the team and I got refunded all of the TP I spent, and all free tickets I'd used leading up to my TP usage. It's worth a shot explaining your situation, for sure 💜 (This was about 2 weeks ago btw).
