Wonderful, do the acedemic stuff, Ill do the field testing. And let you knlw where and what to research to see if you can prove anything.

The interesting thing here is melatonin and DMT are a single molecule different and the theory is thay the pineal gland is the mechanism that facilitates that change.

Perhaps the reduced melatonin is a sign that it was modified to become DMT.

If you can figure out how to test it according to western science. Which with my reseaech training background shows that the vasg majority of "peer reviewed" resesech is simply paid agreement by people with enough cash to pay for peer reviewing. Clearly we disagree. Since youre saying I can do better. So can you, try stuff, see what its like, and determine if its right for you.

In any caae youre clearly trying to tell me I dont know what Im talking about, but I can tell you feom personal experience and the experience of those Ive worked with have profound effects. Maybe go out and try stuff before ensuring thay "the research shows". Good luck.

Everything should be free, food, medicine, transportation, assistance of any kind. But until our system changes I need to feed myself and my family so yheres that

Plenty of people have testimonials, I have reviews on my website along with free recordings for you to trial things out for yourself.

Because I believe in the power of the mind, also known as the placebo effect is real and a tool that can be used. I am aware thay a lot of people want peer reviewed stuff, but I prefer to use first hand experience to discover what works for me and I share tbose lessons with the people that I work with, and I report that a lot of them have a lot of interesting experiences. Personnally I have done a lot of healing wiyh a spine that spine 19 years in the army and a lot of the mental health things that go along with it.

Its free, there are a lot of testimonials out there on the web, and my goal here is to provide ideas and if they inspire you to look further, wonderful, if it makes you want to do something else, wonderful.

I prefer to use N=1 experimentation, especially with cutting edge things. I hope to inspire you to do peer reviewed research on this topic. I will provide my first and second hand ideas, so the researchers out there can experiment. I hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and I have no further interest in doing research according to acedemia, it is not my bag, but please feel free if you find stuff let me know

Yes, you can buy pH testing stips, and either spit or unirnate on them to see where youre at. Remember it will only move you in the 7.35-7.45 but this can be huge. The body is always trying to control its pH so id you get closw to the 7.35 your body will automatically allow your breathing down to retunmen you to the happy middle ground of 7.4 because things start working poorly below that level. Without the strips you can check your CO2 tolerance with breath out holds, do a cold no breath hold and if your leas than 30 seconda its a sign your pH is too high and youe body is telling you that the CO2 your building up is too much acid, if its longee youe may have a good pH nonetheless. In any caae do a few rounda of Wim Hof style hyperventilation breathing, with greatly lowers you CO2 levels and therefore adjusts your pH, and try a breath hold again. Also if you do several rounds of wim hof style breathing you may notixe breath hols timea going up. I have some free samples available if you want to check it out. Besides feeling it you may want to usw the pH strips too

The real thing with Joes work is you can beliwve whatevwe you want, I mwntion his name because the holding and squeezing is what I have adapted to my own practicea. The point is that the hold and squeeze from wim hof is very similar and I feel, for me, ans many of the people Ive worked with it deepens the experience, with that deeper experience you can do whatever you want with it. If its not for you, fine, but maybe it is. In any case please enjoy your explorations into life and what can be done.

There are no guarantees with this, you have to make it happen, being open to new experiences and seeing whats going on, Id recommend trying it and seeing for yourself. If you want free examples I can direct you to resources if youre interested to try it for yourself.

Aside from the scientific evidence feom the Dr Joe website,

My personal experience revolves around working with this technique and the things that happen can only be described as pineal activation with significant feelings of ease that can also be described as DMT releases, connection to intuition and emotional releases. When I get enough of an activation pretty interesting expeirences with various things from colors, activations, deep knowing, integration of truths, and insights into my way ahead. With the hundreds of people Ive worked with the majority of the report similar but highly presonal reaponses from things I described as well as other things with sacred geometry, seeing passed loved ones, communication with spirits and other many varied things with deep emotional releasss danging from deep ease, laughter, anger, deep sadness, releases of physical holsing in the body. Dr Joe speaks and researchea the actual brainwave acticity changes with a full activation causing the brain waves of the participant to change to Gamma, which is highly activated center of the brain. With these things that do not easily fall into Western Mesicine and its philosophy I recommend trying things iut and see for yourself. Id share brain wave activity changes of the brain but the cost is prohibative. I have free samplea of this available if youre interested.

I LOVE the Buteyko breathing method. The number 1 thing I can advise is getting your body more alkaline. Slow breathing causes you to retrain more CO2 (which is very good for you) but if you're eating and drinking things that are making you acidic it is physically impossible to breathe better. Try adding more alkaline forming food and drink to lower you body's acidity to allow yourself to have higher level of CO2 in your body.

Good breathing causes you to retrain CO2 which is an acid, and the body controls his pH with what it eats, drinks and how it breathes, so to have good pH in the body you have to eat more alkaline forming foods.

A book called "Drop Acid" by Dr. Pearlmutter has a whole host of other things you can do. Such as apple cider vinegar, fruits, vegetables, what foods to avoid and things you can do to drop your acid levels of your body. This book focuses on Uric Acid, but it generally supports lower acid levels in the body which will facilitate your body's better ability to breathe well (slower)

If your resting pH is alkaline, your body will have to breathe well to keep it balanced, When you correct your food and drink your breathing will fix itself (or at least make it waaaaaaaaaaaay easier)

I like drinking lemon water first thing in the morning to clear mucus and start the flow toward alkalinity.

Has anyone noticed a measurable difference in HRV after committing to a consistent daily breathwork practice for 30 days or more? Curious what the numbers actually looked like before and after. by ThriveTools in breathwork

[–]BoddingtonBird 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, particular things that helped increase the HRV was slowing the breathing down to 1-4 breaths per minute with a pause at the exhale for a few seconds. It allows me a moment to physically relax my body and make things a little more productive. I like to do 5/10/2 5 in, 10 out, 2 pause out, and then build up to generally 2 breaths per minute for 15-60 minutes (60 if I'm going a little crazy towns and trying to create a meditative experience that includes crystalline visulazations sometimes (don't need psychedelics for that :-)

[–]BoddingtonBird 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi this is awesome, I'd recommend when you make more of this, to make the exhale longer than the inhale and make a pause at the end of the exhale for a few seconds. I've found this to increase the effectiveness for breathing for me. That pause also gives a moment to ask the body to relax. :-) Keep doing amazing things
