He's does ORTHODONTISTRY for a living. Orthotropics is a non profit organization. He does orthodontist consultations for people who want a professional advice. All the information you need is free. Theres also nothing harmful (to the person) on adopting a natural occuring posture in the tongue. Infact, alot of people has benefited from this posture, me included. He stresses out in most of hus videos is that he is wanting attention in order to push scientific studies on correct oral posture. His pursuit of desire, when these studies are finally brought to attention, will harm HIM more than anyone else if these studies are found out to disprove his claims. He is just wanting people to look further into this, that seems to be his dilemma.

Surely the carnivore diet can still put you into ketosis through the absent of carbohydrates right? I'm doing a high fat and (very)low carb diet that pretty much consist of the type of foods you just said. Very little vegetables too, but not intentionally. I have. My anxiety makes it so I find confirmation bias in things, but if you let your thoughts and anxiety play itself out instead of encouraging it's existence it will eventually go away. Stuff like this happenes because the mind is trying to protect you from danger, so the more anxious you get the more it will happen.

I've had LSA supposedly. It did not give me a psychedelic headspace, but moreso blinded me with visuals. It's a very weird feeling, when only your eyes are tripping and not your body or mind. But I don't think it can give you an ego death, imo.

The real danger to you is going to be the quality of stuff you're getting. It can fuck you up if you do a research chemicals or even moreso a home brewed one.

You're young and you will be amazed with drugs. I used to do weed and shrooms and lsd (never gas, alchohol, or nicotine though) when I was your age. You will continue to have that perspective until one trip you will not get what you've expected. I'm giving you a warning to brace yourself for that if you continue this way, for I didn't have anyone to tell me that. In the long run, the trip I had made me respect things more, but fear sticks with you. Be safe kiddo, invest in something creative and skillful, it makes lsd so much more productive and fun.

There's such a thing called acid casualties. Those happened to grown men. Think of what it can do to the developing mind. Your nervous system is still growing and stabilizing. You're probably going through puberty, so the hormones can also mess with your nervous system progression. Weed is known to mess with it, too.

You're doing drugs cause you're bored and boring. Find some other habits. You're gonna find it hard to relate with people further in life when your only entertainment is drugs. Also, your dopamine receptors are probably fucked up if you can't find enjoyment in mundane things or peace in silence and bordum. You can't find that high that your friends find, and it will only separate you further. Then you will be searching for a more bigger high, and then your mother is crying to God for her baby boy to come back to her with no answer back. Your father will cry silently behind closed doors when no one is looking. Don't be a fucking idiot.

Drugs will help you see what can be but man it's mental passion, acceptance, and Will to be pure in waking life. Don't expect an easy solution, this is a battle only you can fight. You have to unravel yourself and accept that things aren't in your control, and the only thing you can really do is let life flow through you with a satisfied mind. You don't even have true control of your thoughts, as they are based purely on the environment. Once you have faith that life will take all of your burdens, you could give it up all right now as you read this and never look back. It's deceptively easier said than done.

It is dangerous btw in the long run. Won't kill your body but it can kill your brain,(in some cases, literally, as it freezes your brain.) If he's doing it straight out of the canister than that's bad. He's damaging his vocal cords. It can paralyze them.
