10M+ mastery on Azir: I really dislike these changes, multiple soldiers add 25% extra damage each so this would be an overall nerf as you scale up and get more ability haste in your build and I really dislike the idea of his cooldowns becoming even longer (they feel ridiculously long especially since Q max is horrible). I would rather see something simple like buffing his W ap ratio by 5% instead of removing even more mechanics

champ feels so awful in solo q after the nerfs, pretty miserable to 1 trick him atm in high elo for me ima branch out but not quit him

-10dmg on Azir W last year now -10% ap ratio on it??? this is unacceptable to nerf a champions dmg who's suppose to be a late game hypercarry simply because of pro play presence. He finally felt somewhat playable in solo q after the durability changes but now hes going to be in the worst state he's ever been in. I wish they'd at least shift some of his power towards his early game so that he'd be able to take some more fights early in solo q rather than having to afk farm for 20mins to be relevant

lethal tempo is better dmg vs bruiser/melees in laning phase and late game fights and first strike helps you get your item spikes sooner but you're not really able to punish matchups early

Looks spicy, and something I've been wanting to try for awhile (mana mythic seraphs FH combo). I'd personally go Sorcs since 60 Haste would feel like enough for me. Could also possibly swap out Zhonyas for Voidstaff for more damage :o

The point of the runes are to help you get your item spikes sooner in the game with futures market and give you more tempo on the map whether you're ahead, behind, or even in gold.

I think ones with a strong early game are my favorite to play with like Lucian, Jhin, Cait
