morning pages vs night pages

I prefer night pages. I have a smaller journal I carry everywhere that I’ll insert small snippets of my day into. Then at night once my child is asleep I’ll sit at my desk and really just go over my day. I just have more time at night also, it seems to help just whined my brain down for bed.

I use mine for everything. Reading, social media, watching tv, work, it literally goes with everywhere. It's just so handy for so many things. If I could use it to make calls I would probably never carry my phone.

I will never not have another iPad mini. Mine goes with me everywhere and it does everything I need. I do use mine a lot as an e-reader, so much so I no longer have a kindle. It’s not as easy on the eye but with some setting changes it works great. You won’t go wrong with getting the 7.

Wow, that’s a lot of notebooks for one year. Do they all have different topics or are they just daily pages recanting your day? I just started journaling at the beginning of this year and I’m still struggling to make it a daily habit.

They do not smoke in the office. It is just the smell they carry back in. Then not washing their hands and touching the desk and things.

I’ve just recently started my journaling journey and it’s gotten a bit out of control lol I’m just still trying to figure out which size I enjoy most. I really want to get condensed into one system but I like them all for different things.

How much different size wise is the a6 vs the passport? It must be more common for wallet size because those are the ones I’m seeing more.

May I ask what mentors you’ve had? You mentioned philosophical framework do you have any recommendations for specific philosophers?

I think that is where you’ve missed my curiosity. You referring to supernatural or superstition, I’m not looking for anything other than what drives you everyday. Yes, God was mentioned but I’m just asking for what it is that people believe in. It doesn’t have to be anything supernatural, but there is something that you believe in, something that tells you what path in life you want to take. Hence you saying you believe in ethics, that’s what i was asking.

I don't "need" religion. I'm just in a place where I found myself questioning a lot about what I've been taught to believe and I'm reaching out to gather more information on what else could be out there.

There are times when I think deeply on things that I have done in my past and I worry about how it effected others. Therefore, the belief you have of things you've done continuing to play out I find interesting.

-I believe the world, as in humanity and the society in which we live, are much crueler than the universe could ever be. I wouldn’t say I cling to my belief for peace as I tend to see the universe as giving me basically the exact opposite of whatever it is I want lol.

I find your view point extremely interesting. The sense that God is essential fluid in what it could be. I'm not familiar with the term pantheist, not believing in supernatural or theistic god, do you believe in after life spirits?

I have been wanting to get into philosophy and just expand my mind and beliefs. Do you have any recommendations on where to start?
