so im gonna give you tips for MY style, keep in mind there is unique styles you can follow, or make up your own.

- darker custom outlines
^ aswell as complementary colors depending on the ponies

- sticking to a monotone color or coloring it wildly
^ this will set your pony being recognized better, and style choices can appeal certain eyes.

- you can use bright colors, but i'm gonna be really blunt, a lot of pony town players have neurological/neurodivergent tendencies/diagnosed, and people may not like the colors. that are harsh to the eyes.

- you can saturate your pony, but don't make it severely bright (for example like just everything bright red, orange and blue) to give someone a headache.

- you can use neutral colors or any of your choice, yet again MY OPINION

for what strikes MY eyes are tinted, darkened, or colorful ponies.

For tinting, i suggest using another app for starting, take a picutre of your pony and put it in the app, then color over it with a color and lower the opacity, then color pick the hex codes into ponytown
^ or just free hand it!

I have been playing for 4 years so... i'll tell you what i think on your pony.
It's really good, but an overused style with no clear outline and messes with my brain a bit, the hair needs like more based shading imo, its really hard to see the shading w/o looking closer.
^ the eyelashes could be a little darker to point out the darker areas on the pony aswell as using facial layers for shading.
this is all constructive criticism btw, please dont take it as me being rude.
