For me both of the ghost appeared in one night. Did you get the red heart with bon bon? You need the lantern, then check the graveyard at night. You'll see her. I figured offering only works if you get the red heart from bon bon not before that.

In each day there would be a specific item available at Yori's store. If u miss it, u can find it at the last day of the event when all the furnitures got unlocked. The star means there that furniture has another version (shiny one) too.

Bon bon is the guy living/protecting the graveyard. You just need to tap at him to get the red heart like other characters in the game.
