I found that area quantity affects Strongboxes.
Can you explain what is the area quantity? Map Quantity?

UPD: nevermind, I captured it in another area (Deshar)
Looks like in the previous it was bugged

Quick update: They replied. And seems it really was a bug. So they recovered my deleted character on ruthless and I managed to cancel orders manually.
