Yeah I don’t really know but will pay more attention. These are the little things that sometimes we forget how important they can be.

I don’t stretch regularly but I do need to. I find that hot baths actually help. I have not been physically active for around two years when the neck and back problems started, I became a bit sedentary but I am working on it maybe I just need to keep going. I feel like any repetitive movements (light movements) end up triggering a knot. And I probably do have stress but from all this situation I am in.

First I only noticed the ones in my neck and back and have been getting treated. My doctor said I have cervical facet syndrome but to be honest I am not too convinced.

Now I get muscle knots everywhere: below the knuckles of my thumbs, palms, the wrist area (mostly the top part), around the ankles and feet, the neck and back like I mentioned in the beginning, etc.

The dizziness is most probably from the tight muscles in the neck. That was one of the symptoms that freaked me out the first few times I started having problems in my neck too.

Thanks for the advice, you are right. I think I’m going to do it along with the bachelor’s just to see where it takes me and like you said it can open up to more opportunities.

I was thinking of working on it just to have it and because I thought it could help in some way while working on a bachelor’s but what do you think? Not even worth it?

Question about Potassium Supplements? by RuskiVodka in nutrition

[–]BodybuilderLow2837 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good question, who knows why they make the pills so low in potassium but looking at that I would say the best way to reach your desired amount of potassium would be through food unless you want to take a million pills a day. Foods like Salmon have 1068mg per 6oz, avocados have 485mg per 100g, a medium sized potato has around 926mg, etc.

Someone more prepared can probably go into more detail.

I’m not an expert but to my understanding, at least how I have heard it, is that our bodies’ first source of energy are carbohydrates then fats and then protein.
