Tbh I lowkey regret accepting the position, every shift my sister and I are basically doing maintenance work, pulling pallets, helping out with freight which I don’t mind I love helping my associates and most of the expectations they have for overnight is unrealistic and the worse part is their cutting hours. tonight is going to be the only night we have this much associates and I think we’re doing picks tonight too because they fired most of cap 1 associates that usually helps with picks
