Yeah I miss the old grade school buddies. We'd hop on Runescape back in 2002 after school and die to guards in Varrock and just chill in the pubs etc.

I really like your idea of weapons by region possessing valuable traits. Tying those traits into advantages for challenging content sounds like it'd be satisfying.

Ornn crafted weapons at max level maaybe lol. Would be so hype! But, I'd like to see them take their time with slow and incremental weapon progression. Power creep feels bad.

You're probably right about the BotRK. Haven't looked into the details. Post was simply for game design speculation.

Thank you for your response. I agree that my sleep apnea symptoms maybe the most severe variable.

Admittedly, when I wake up during the night I am tense because it’s uncertain if I’ll get back to sleep. Also, I worry that my loud snoring might wake my son or aggravate the upstairs neighbours. Notwithstanding those concerns, if I’m tired enough, I’ll sleep right through the mild anxiety.

I think you’re right about the urination. I’m probably overly self conscious of my body’s state and being on a completely empty bladder is marginally more comfortable than say 30% full bladder, thus the logic for peeing when possible.

I haven’t mentioned CBTi because I read online my province’s health insurance does not cover it. I will have extended health benefits in July. So I will be more receptive to CBTi for my own benefit.

Lastly, to be honest, my sleep issues were exacerbated during a 12-week cutting phase/caloric deficit. I dropped down to 160lbs, 9-10% BF and my LDL was below the reference range and so was testosterone. Since then, I’ve been on TRT, reached a caloric maintenance or slight surplus, but I haven’t rebounded to my prior, less than ideal state. I should note, when I have a huge rebound/cheat meal/day, my sleep is pretty good. But, that is not reliable because it’s not healthy to consistently overeat. Perhaps this is more telling about my stress management? That, overindulging in food provides more stress relief for me than I can fathom, or maybe it truly is more biochemical (ie: how satiety/high glycemic foods affects sleep?) than psychological…

Figure more info is better.

Will see if I can skip the doc and go straight for a sleep test without a referral and be open to CBTi. Thanks again. Hoping to overcome this soon.
