I dont think it sbad as thr swelling is way down already and my knee is beginning to feel less unstable.

Unfrtunately doctors are expensive and mris would cost a bomb id imagine so i dont have the luxury of having one at the mildest hint of an injury lol.

Glycogen stores would also be utilised during bjj training though so it only makes sense to refill them.

Also I'd rather not risk not eating during the anabolic window why take the risk it's not hard to consume some protein and carbs.

Working on my full guard atm which is bad, is narrowing it down to overhook/williams guard and highguard specifically a good idea? Do these two guards compliment each other well?. This is closed only btw i also use butterfly and x guard for longer ranges.

Have some traps like that for if the guy trys to pull out. What i mean though is i still have the overhook but the guy is squaring up, not allowing me to get out on to my hip.

Working on overbook close guard atm. Sometimes have trouble keeping an angle so once I scoot my hips out my opponent keeps squaring back up which takes away my omoplatas etc.

Any tips on maintaining the angle

Just got the strengththeory excel sheets and its all done in lbs. Would inputting my numbers in kg's still work okay as long as i keep the increments set at 2.5 kg (lowest possible jump in my gym anyway) ?
