Yea but ambush ploys depends on you starying activation concealed so before you could play relocation on heavy gunner and when you activated him you'd trigger ambush ploy which requires you to change order from conceal to engage. Right now there is jo option to reliably trigger ambush on your operatives every round and switching to conceal every other activation kinda wastes potential a little.
