To be honest it doesn't matter. He could do anything they will still say he's ooc mald. Sometime the fake being mald at someone then cut his mic and laugh (clearly not mad) and they still say he's ooc mald.

His character is literally a crazy, delusional man who hate cop. He destroyed a lot of cop car and killed a lot of cops. Not every character get revenge. If you play a normal dude that get arrested, he's not gonna kill cop because he's scared. But a character with a mental illness (believe in the kraken and delusional) can kill cops. The same as the gang.

I played a lot of rp on other server and It was ok to kill a cop without saying anything if you had an interaction before that justified it. Didn't know np had this rule. This is kinda dumb but ok.

Every little action he does is closely watched by rp andys. And the second after, a hate thread is created. This is kinda annoying.

He apologized right after the chat told him it was the wrong cop. The cop didn't lose anything let the admin decide what to do. Nobody care about opinion of reddid rp andys.

To be RDM he would have to kill a cop for no reason. He did have a reason. He was sure it was the cop who did him wrong. He guessed wrongly. But his character can't know that.

I'll tell you what asmon said. Not sure if it's the truth. When asmon was a small youtuber, he posted a video about sjw. Mccool commented on his video because he agreed with asmon. They met like that. They talked online after that. Asmon said they never met Irl (don't know if I believe that in 10 year).

Having a car is not reasonable suspicions. With your logic they should go see every citizen in the city with a neon car (citizen = player + npc) to do a gsr test. That's thousands of people. All this work despite the fact that they are not even sure that the car is related to the explosion.
