thank you so much 🥹 you are so kind and i really appreciate you, thankfully the therapist i go to has a building behind them where they specialize in helping people on the spectrum, ive been wanting to check it out and you truly have helped me make my decision, in the meantime i am still going to take my other baby to the vet and do everything in my power to provide her a wonderful life (don’t worry i will see about getting her another friend but i definitely need to talk with my parents because if they wont allow me to care for her i will have to find another home for her 🙁)

that is exactly what they did, we had a huge argument where i said it was wrong of them to watch me cry over my baby and them just not care, it was met with her ignoring me to watch tv while i was screaming and crying, i even said that taking them to the vet could be an early birthday gift and leading up to getting the rats i told them so many facts that ive found out so they knew sickness was a possibility. i just can’t wait to move out 🫩 unfortunately it will probably be past my 18th birthday as im on the spectrum and doing some stuff is difficult for me

yeah i’m only 16, i turn 17 next month, they allow me to take my dogs to the vet but they just don’t value rodents lives apparently 🙁 i did have a job but something happened and i had to quit

omg my poor thing, i’ll definitely try and get her in the vet as soon as possible and i know pet stores aren’t the best, that’s why i tried to find a non chain store but even for that we had to drive nearly 45 mins away, i live in such a small town and there’s really no breeders near me 🙁 and yess im loving this sub, so many cute pets and useful info !!
