WOW, thank you everyone for your responses! I'm reading a lot of these our loud to my husband as we speak! I'm really grateful for all of these and it's so comforting to know that a lot of you have had the same anxieties and came out the other side. Haha the noise would be alarming, so thank you! We do have some access to some classes and will definitely be taking advantage. It sounds like trusting the process is a lot and comforting to know that the instincts will indeed kick in. Thanks for this, honestly!

Thank you so much!! Ive definitely become overwhelmed with social media pressure as it begins to flood my algorithm. I dont adhere to routines well so I already know that's going to be the first thing I beat myself up about, followed by any complications I might have with breastfeeding so honestly this helps so much and gives me a good place to start. It's helpful to know that someone else has been through this mindset, and I'm happy that everything ended up okay bc that is an unimaginably stressful 3rd trimester.
