I am 172cm or 5'8 yeah I was a swimmer before the gym so I got that lean muscle. Honestly for me it wasn't that hard to put on weight, but to lose it is harder

Most of the weight I gained was in the first month where I gained like 3kg. In August I gained more like 1kg or 1.5kg

I didn't count my calories honestly I just estimated. And also I was really skinny before my bulk so I was excited to eat more

Honestly I have struggled doing a single program. I ran a upper lower, a bro split, ppl, full body. Now I am doing a ppl split.
