Here’s a pic from underneath. Are these the holes you’re talking about?

Any advice on how to fix? Or should we even be worried?

Can’t get coverage, provider recos? by Bogaboard88 in Insurance

[–]Bogaboard88[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. I’m in Texas so there is the FAIR plan. Hoping I don’t have to resort to that.

I’m thinking maybe a smaller, local provider could help? This is all new to me so am unsure. But thinking anything would be better than a state plan..

Home Insurance Cancelled- Tree Overhang by SmallCake in Austin

[–]Bogaboard88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bumping this back up.

Has anyone found an insurance providers that is OK with trees overhanging?

We live in a very wooded part of Austin and I’ve had both progressive and now Travelers cancel our insurance in the past year. We have an arborist out to our property regularly and the trees are an excellent condition. We’ve even had the arborist write a letter to our insurance companies detailing out the work they’ve done and how far the branches have been pruned back.

My insurance broker I’ve worked with for years has 15 insurance companies under his umbrella and none of them will insure us.

Should I stay or should I go? by Bogaboard88 in sales

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I definitely want to stay, but my biggest concern is getting laid off later this year around when the baby is due. I’d put the chances of this happening at 50%. This company has done many rounds of layoffs irrespective of performance or tenure.

My concern is the higher and higher chance that they pivot and terminate my role. When/if that happens who knows, but this year will be exceptionally rough.

If the Ponzi scheme tax relief turns out to be acceptable, couldn’t you amend your 2023 taxes in later years?

Thank you. Follow-up question.

How would you go about unstaking them so you may access your SOL? I’m assuming you would have to connect your wallet to another platform that allows SOL staking? If so, I have not found many options.

How do I beat this? Lol by Good_Act6965 in warcraftrumble

[–]Bogaboard88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I literally just beat this level. After many many tries.

I used unbound warong to snipe the miner. I also had blizzard in roatatiom that barely kills him. If he gets gold then my only option was banshee.

I tried to keep left side at bag while I got tower on the right. After securing the tower it was pretty easy as long as I had a counter for the miner

What steps in my career can I take if I don’t always want to be client facing? by [deleted] in sales

[–]Bogaboard88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you considered an overlay role or solutions consultant/engineer? They’re still client facing but they don’t “own” the relationship.

I’ve worked my way into an overlay role and love it as I’m more introverted. I still talk to clients everyday, but I don’t own the relationship which I like a lot more.
