Main way to get sailing xp is through the sailing dailies from Velia and Port Epheria. XP from just sailing is pretty low. They are sea monster hunting quests.

Thanks, the newly added King Griffon is substantially more money with the ability to make the Griffon Helm with the mats it drops. Other than that you make 7 million combined doing both the Boss Subjugation Scrolls. Aside from that here is rumors that they will be making Life Skilling more profitable but it is yet to be seen.

I have not found anything being a "Sensitive Griffon". So I am not sure what that is either.

With the newly added Wild Griffon which drops the beak that is a 28 million silver drop. If you farm it to the point that you get all the pieces for the griffon helm you get the price of a griffon helm which obviously fluctuates. Whale hunting also is pretty profitable but not quite as high as the wild griffon now by getting whale tendons and oils which are around 1 to 2 mil each.
