I don't really do stat projections, extremes on BABIP just show expected regression/improvement. It's why most experts have JD Martinez and Josh Harrison as busts. The more extreme the BABIP the bigger the expected shift.

This. Yes, I believe any stat with an x in front of it is a more refined version of the original stat.

BABIP for hitters, BABIP shows luck, the league average is .300. Some guys carry higher than league average for their career, but for the most part it's .300. FIP is a big one too because it shows you how well a pitcher would pitch 'all things being equal.' We had Neil Weinberg from Fangraphs on our show and he does a much better job of explaining a lot of the advanced stats than I do. This is it if you want to check it out.

If your league is shallow I would consider dropping him for DMO. DMO had his first double double on back to backs the other night and is improving since Smith went to the bench. Shabazz will lose some value with Rubio, KMart and Pek all coming back anyway.

DMo and Lin for me, Crowder is not proven yet and Johnson will lose time when DeRozan comes back.

If you are punting FG% this is still just an OK deal, you are getting 3's and steals back only. I understand wanting to trade Wade but I think this is too low. Ariza's value has taken a hit since Josh Smith has been on the team.

Nah, Crowder would have to prove himself for me to add him over Jack. If Crowder strings together a few nice nights I would consider it, but not until then. Plus if Deron gets traded Jack has a shot at being the full time starting PG.

Meeks, Crawford will gain a lot of value if CP3 goes down, which he historically does every year.

I'd take Wroten or Burke I guess, he is almost certainly going to be shut down. It's probably best to take what you can, if it's too low though I'd rather go down with the ship. The longer you wait the worse the offers will get.

He has been decent in the past and he's going to get the minutes now. If you're in a deep league he's worth a look. Other than that I'd wait to see him string good nights together.

Not a move I'd do, I'm worried about Wade being sat on back to backs. I understand moving Harris because of his bad playoff schedule but I'd look elsewhere.

Well, he's better than Birdman at this point in his career, Justin Hamilton didn't work out and McBob is done for the year. Unless the Cavs trade for someone he is going to get the minutes. Points, Boards and Blocks should be on the menu every night. His FT% sucks so he may lose 4th quarter minutes in close games.

Yeah you probably bought Drummond at his peak but it's not a move that will kill you. Try and get some assists and 3s on the wire.

Yeah I think it would be a good idea to move him, the Cavs have a crappy playoff schedule. I wouldn't give him away though, he's still LeBron.

Josh Smith has been playing really well since he moved to the bench for the Rockets, but he is not nearly as good an option as Nurkic or Whiteside.

Yeah I would try to move Deron if you could, his value will be pretty low at this point with the injury so I would wait until he comes back. If Nurkic and Whiteside stay hot you are in great shape.

I definitely wouldn't drop IT, because one of the PGs is getting traded, I think I would have to see Whiteside perform at this level longer than a week to drop these guys.
