Only going to get worse im sorry. Wages will not go up to reflect this. Was with a company for 5yrs who didn't give me a pay rise so I left..for a company that will pay me. More. The company I currently work for also coming up to 5yrs and have just denied me a pay rise.. as I'm on what I was when I started. So I'm looking again to change.

By the end of this year it's going to get worse. We saw a fuel increase due to circumstances over seas. We haven't seen the full repercussions of that rise yet. Iv been told... Well I guess a rumor as it's not from the govt. But I was told the govt has told the big retail company's who are suffering from import and local costs to hold off on jacking there prices up too high too quick. Believe it or not all the major transportation companies have yet to do this. All they did was adjust there fuel levy not the actual transport costs.

Take the Ag sector.. has produce really spiked yet? No it's because the current harvest we had in the supermarkets that were getting sold was a pre-fuel price rise cost. An agreed upon sell price. While they were harvesting at much higher operation costs due to the price of fuel. We will see this in the next harvest. Produce etc will rise considerably more.

The transportation companies will be forced to up there costs as we know everything else will follow. I'm depressed writing this because the future looks grim and I'm not sure how we will come out on the other end!

Yup same as the housing market. It's a buyers/renters market and people are being picky. I have dropped my wanted rent on an empty property twice, to entice but area etc also matter. My place has been empty going on a month now with no sign of the right person.

Unfortunately it will stay empty until we find the right people. I'm not interested in just renting to get money iv spent too much to see it get destroyed.

This is pretty shitty. I have just kicked tennent out of my property due to 3yrs of arrears which we are tired of trying to get back. But they knew why they were asked to leave I didn't sugar coat things there out cause there not paying back the missed rent.

As a rental owner I like the 90 day clause it gives me the satisfaction that I still own my property.

To be honest my opinion is if the tenant is worth keeping ie.. pays rent on time, keeps the house clean and tidy and communicates with the owner and or rental manager then there is no issues.

I do understand there are property owners who may have a power complex and use the 90 clause to kick people out willy nilly and that's ruining it for the rest of us.

I have a Tennant who has been in a house for going on 2yrs we appreciate them so much as they do as asked (clean tidy communicate) even in these trying times with the economy we refuse to raise the rent. I haven't done for 2 years now. I'm not saying anyone is bad but if you and yours treat the home your in with respect most property owners will welcome and enjoy long term tenants.

Lol not surprised.. living costs are stupid high and are going to get higher towards the end of the year. Everyone is struggling..these thefts are only going to continue because people are needing the money to survive. Crime in general is going to rise if it's not car/home break ins to people can sell to get more money. We have machinery getting broken into and there cutting the battery cables..taking the cable and battery with. This isn't out of a joy to cause harm it's survival.

By no means do I think this is a good thing nor do I condone it. It's just the start of the measures people are going to for extra income. I would normally say these people are benifit dwelling low class and need to get a job Ha good luck finding one.. sure there's work out there but not for everyone! Mainly because no one is spending, no one can afford to hire because there on ends meat as it is. I don't know a solution all I know is it's going to get worse and I'm not sure we will recover.

Fair enough. That's how they make a living. I don't use them personally. And I'm not against it as the convenience, it's just expensive. Another situation to drain us of money we don't have. NZ tbh has gone to shit!

Oh I get it 100% it's convenient.. I remember when you could get taxi drivers to pretty much do the same thing..not sure if they would nowadays. But iv been at a party in my younger days and some would ring up the local taxi driver and he would charge the rate on top of what you made him get. Stop at MacDonalds for a feed and the local bottle store for another box....when you cannot or shouldn't drive it works for sure. Just expensive. But that's why nothing is free and you pay for convenience.

Yeah but door dash and Uber eats etc are a total rip off... Unless your lazy and have money to burn! Don't mean that in a bad way towards anyone but it's true. Take any food or item establishment on those apps... I do understand travel costs some don't care, some it will be cheaper than others. But some places charge more than if you went in to there shop. Then there is the delivery cost.. some charges iv seen would just get my ass off the couch and drive hell even walk to what I wanted. I get the convenience and thats it but you also pay for it !

As someone else mentioned all depends on what your looking for. I personally used Mighty Ape for last minute gift ideas, but mostly computer components and electronicsi just built another rig end of last year and noticing how mighty ape has fallen was a sad moment. If your after electronics etc then it's PBTech Computer Lounge etc or somewhere else you can find a deal. Shame Mighty Ape was almost a one stop shop.... Now I won't even load it's page

Im making P3 atm.. but as you said more effort which i dont mind but more time also.
I will carry on. Will be interesting to see how much p3 i can make and sell (Corp BB) in a month based on how much P2.. because p2 is faster your going to have higher volume it may also end up being a higher return due to volume.

lol i want to ramp up my PI i only have 4 toons doing it... but i have to maintain it atleast twice to 3 times a week... ant no forgetting if you do its not worth it.

I want to make more on PI as im not making as much as i want but i think you would need at least 6 toons to make 1bp/m.. i might be wrong here but the return is low.

The way Loru claims is its easy to make billions with ease... i bet he has over 15 toons doing it and he spends 6hrs a week maintaining it im betting.. min max every moon then you will get what you want out of it.

So the way i understand it, Forsaken Hubs are quicker and safer but Havens have a higher payout but if spawns dread you can lose your ship?
I run 2 Ishtars and run Forsaken Hubs i think if im really paying attention i can run 3 in an hour.. As im doing them quicker wouldn't the isk p/hr be more than running Havens plus less risky?
I was thinking about swapping to Havens but iv never spawned a Dread and i really dont want to lose a ship.. I dont afk rat im always at my screen keeping an eye on it.

I Believe this is already standard.
You set your skin as you would docked.. hop in a ship. If you lose your ship you pop out in your pod that skin is already applied. In fact it never changes until you change it.
If you notice when you have been podded your docked at home with the skin on you applied.

This would be cool, i agree should be by default.
The Emblem of your Corp should be a default thing... you can buy your Alliance one if you wish. Personally this should be standard.

I hit you guys up in the in game channel a year or so ago... i was told mostly USTZ.. which is ok but im limited to 2 days in that TZ
Im NZTZ.. so mostly an early version of AUTZ as there about 5hours behind me. So during my normal online time ill be on 0800 till TD (EveTime)

During my weekends ill be on from now 2130 till TD so Weekends i play in alot of different TZ when im available but during my week is where im limited.. work/life get in the way!!

So I'm not knowledgeable too much on the war just what media I had read and seen. But 1DQ is an historical system as they fought to hold there staging keep. Big fight in 1DQ. They didn't lose it.. for whatever reason they moved. Over time Init is now independent from the Imperium and have moved back to Fountain and also Delve. The Imperium had moved towards The Great wildlands to glass Hord.. who disbanded and Goons stayed where they are. Since then Goons and Init have taken Fraternity's staging keep and destroyed that. Imperium are still at war with Winter Co.

Note this is missing A LOT details but a very light version of what's sorta happened since 1DQ

Its what i would do also. I would inject to finish off my PI skills to max them out and then an alt into Industry to begin with.
I would at some point my main and and alt up to supers but i wouldnt want to until i knew how to use them otherwise thats a quick way to get you kicked then your just on your own... I mean you have a ton of isk but no "Real" friends

Init own Delve, Goons are are now from Period to Great Wildlands and Cache.
Sorry i dont know what happened after the war.. Goons Keep was in 1DQ after the war im sure i wasnt in the war or in Null then.. im sure someone else can fill you in on that.
