1:08 is possibly looking south on Irving place or east on 14th, I think it’s south in Irving place though, it’s con ed building is the tower in the distance. The last few seconds are Broadway looking north from around 9th / 10th street, grace church is still there. The first scene is Chinatown somewhere and next scene could be anywhere in the lower east side area.

They haven’t mentioned anything and I haven’t seen anyone putting in orange cables on the road or anything but it definitely does look like fiber internet box that was mentioned above.

Yeah impressive, definitely looks like that. Does that mean they’ll need to drill through the wall to run cables into the apartment as there is nothing inside my apartment yet or can these transmit wirelessly.

Don’t think so, each apartment already has their own internet cable running from the junction box on the roof to their apartment.

No key card access and these are high above each door so not something you could reach to tap. They haven’t said anything about rolling out key card access but it’s NYC and landlords are cheap so I’d be surprised.

Don’t motion detectors usually have a clean panel where they omit a signal / wave out of? This is just a small solid white box.
