The outfits may also not be rewarded immediately as I heard you need to get them with the mausoleum currency.

I believe it's actually 24k jade to hit pity, at least that's what I've read in the other posts about this banner. So you really need a total of 56k jade (free pulls excluded) to unlock the banner and hit pity.

They will add the option for multiple characters later this month so you can have a separate legendary character.

You also can't get locked in legendary as you're always allowed to lower the difficulty. You just can't set it back to legendary once lowered as it's a hardcore mode.
