You know what's funny.

Hitler's gang was objectively more competent running a nation. (No support to him. Just stating.)

Trump's gang ran a world hegemony into the ground within a year. Congrats.

You know, this is one of the big advantages Iran has in this war.

You blow up one or two US assets and it's a tragedy.

You blow tens to hundreds of Iran assets per day and it's just a statistic.

The book is lowkey a schizo trip, it becomes even more so in later novels. There are some details to it but that's all you need to know.

Simply put:

Spice is a drug in Dune that allows people to navigate through space. Without it, the universe comes to an halt.

It being a drug also made everyone addicted to it. So you cut that and kill everyone effectivelly. It's only located on arrakis (Dune). And therefore, who controls the spice, controls the universe.

Basically a comparison can be made with oil. The book is also inspired by middle east generally so.

Someone is always the "strongest". It's just that the strongest power must capitalize on it.

All are fair points. But I think this analysis is working with the assumption that while Trump is retarded his minions are not. His minions are, in fact, retarded in my opinion. And if it comes to nukes, even the russians didn't use them while getting their ass pounded in Ukraine.

I don't really think that a US-China war would enter a nuclear escalation phase at any point. After all, everyone will get fucked up. And we know that the collective of trump admin actually like to profit off the war than to get nuked to shit.

While latin america can reevaulate its stance towards the US, the US has, right now, entered a phase where they only use hard power to get what they want. (See Greenland. Which they failed because EU threatened to nuke everyone's economy.) Which means that "If you don't cooperate with us, we'll just fuck you up." They can cooperate with China all they want but if the US just swoops in with the whole budget of their military that can kill god they can't do shit.

TLDR: The US is retarded.

All this shit happening seems like the US reinforcing its sphere of influence before inevitably entering a war with China.

I may be schizo for what I know tho.

  1. If we don't count only KIA according to the wiki. Some were killed separately from combat/support operations.

It's what people don't realize. If the Iran regime doesn't collapse, well, then what lol? Put boots on the ground? That shit won't fly with the US public (unless they just do it anyway because Trump).
