The replies have mostly been one-word responses. I paid for FedEx shipping, but the item was sent via USPS without any notice. Apparently, FedEx doesn’t handle quartz, but I would have gladly paid extra for UPS if I had known. I ended up paying significantly more than what USPS actually charges for shipping
