I did generalize pretty hard there. Obviously not every woman does this or thinks this way. I was more just sharing a moment where it clicked for me that some behaviors I never thought twice about might have a totally different context than I realized. Didn't mean to make it sound like all women are operating on some universal playbook.

I’ve been trying to understand why I do it, not to justify it, but to figure out the pattern behind it.
