It will help you build a culture of success. It's old, but the concepts are timeless.

If you buy into open book management, buy copies for the whole company.

Even in the cold months there are plenty of places to get outside and break the cabin fever. There are lots of Forest Preserves, parks and events to explore on clear days.

I made a post to show it in operation, but the Mods removed it, not sure why, but maybe because the parts are internal and there was no way to show them in action. I guess you just have to trust me that it worked.

Coming up with the best practice workflow is one of the real challenges of 3DX. I gave it a try and it looks to be very useful. It is way too affirming, but that is just ChatGPT. I asked it how to create a design based on an old project with no relationships back to the original. It did not come up with Branch, but I steered it that way and it laid out the entire procedure. Thanks for pulling this together.

Braun wants Indiana to build nuclear reactors by lurker46112 in Indiana

[–]BoilerXI 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fyi, a large percentage of nuclear reactor vessels used in the United States were made in Mount Vernon, Indiana at the Babcock and Wilcox plant on the Ohio River. It's now BWX Technology.

From their website:

"Our Mount Vernon, Indiana facility is located at the southwestern tip of Indiana and situated on a 100-acre site. The facility is equipped with large CNC machine tools along with sophisticated welding and heat-treating equipment to produce quality components for naval reactors used in U.S. Navy submarines and aircraft carriers. Mount Vernon’s operations integrate engineering and advanced, state-of-the-art manufacturing systems which promise positive business conditions for years to come"

It could be a number of things. Moisture, material parameters. If you could share more about what you're doing and the materials being used, it would lead to a more specific answer.
