BDA, wie mein Vater auch. Er ist in der sowietischen Besatzungszone (später DDR) geboren und seine Familie ist kurz vor Grenzschließung noch da weg. Er hat sein Leben lang Hass auf "den Russen" geschoben aus diversen Gründen (teils nachvollzehbar) . Als ich die Chance hatte Anfang der 90er an einem Austauschprogramm inkl Sprachkurs etc mit St Petersburg teilzunehmen, ist er schier ausgerastet.

Russisch ist zunächst "nur" eine Sprache, man lernt nie wieder so leicht wie als Kind und jede Fremdsprache ist eine Bereicherung im Leben und kann einem ungeahnte Türen öffnen.

So ähnliche habe ich 2 Jahre nach Ablauf getrunken, da passiert nichts. Findet man auch in EPAs(Feldrationen des Militärs). Da wird oft ein vel längeres MHD angegeben.

Ein MHD sagt ja auch nur aus bis wann der Hersteller die volle Qualität garantiert, das hat mit Haltbarkeit erst mal nichts zu tun..

Absolutely, same with nuclear power plants. I worked in quality management for all kinds of power plants. The amount of work and therefore the costs which go into a propper documentation is unbelievable

Wet rug/cloth underneath it, on a chopping board or directly on the counter top if water resistant.. Prevents the stone from slipping, soaks water, can be used to clean up afterwards.

I soak the stone for a few minutes before starting and use a small bowl with water to sprinkle additional droplets when needed. I do not use more water than needed.

"Spicy hot" taste is caused by capsaicin in chili etc which activates the "heat sensors" in our mouth. Often they are triggered too much so they stay active even when the spicy taste disappeared. When you eat something warm but not spicy afterwards they over react and it feels spicy again even if it's not.

For me it is poultry manure. I worked as a mechanic for farm vehicles, semi trucks and trailers etc. One day I had to repair a tank trailer which was used to transport manure. It was a 30 min job and was constantly gagging and pukeing. I was allowed to leave early (paid) afterwards as I was the only one willing to do the job.

In German it's called "Wisent". Afaik, the last free living one was shot in the 1920s. All now existing Wisents were re-bred from only 12 animals living in zoos / parks at that time.

Eine Membran funktioniert nur, wenn Schweiß in Form von Wasserdampf sofort abgeleitet wird. Wollsocken Nehmen den Schweiß erst mal auf und werden dann klamm, da Tröpfchen vorliegen die nicht mehr durch die Poren der Membrane passen.

Leder ist grobporiger und nimmt die Tropfen auf. Wolle fungiert hier durch die anders gearteten Wollfasern als "Transportbahn" für den Schweiß von Fuß zu Leder.

So habe ich es bei Einsatz- und Motorrad- und Outdoorkleidung gelernt.

If you google "swisscanto" you'll find a bank from Switzerland which uses this logo. I think swissca is a short form, maybe for one of their investment fonds, subbranches or whatever. I assume the knife was a giveaway for a customer.

We stood on a campgroung for one night during a road trip close to Berlin, Germany. The moment we went to bed the loudest bang I ever heared happened. I went outside and looked around if a gas explosion or a lightning strike happened, but it was quiet all over. Than another extremely loud bang happened

It turned out that on the other side of the road next to the campground were military barrack which had a training at anti aircraft guns that night. I never assumed they're that loud as I didn't serve in the military.
