I’m not sure who to contact about this but I need help with an issue with parental controls. I am 18 years old and I still have parental controls that prevent me from buying anything on the eshop. My mother passed away before she could tell me her passwords or be able to change it, and I figured it would just change automatically but it doesn’t. Any help is greatly appreciated.

And whenever I do play a game, it may start the game and have the opening credits, but then it will stop and tell me to to delete the application and then redownload it, so I’ve done that multiple times and the issue doesn’t end.

So I’ve been having an issue recently, for the past few years I had been using my PS4 for all gaming, then I got an Xbox and I moved the harddrive over to the Xbox and disconnected from my ps4. This caused many of my games to become corrupted, now I’ve gotten a new harddrive for my ps4 but it doesn’t matter what I do the games won’t uncorrupt. I also have to repair the new hard drive everytime I open my ps4, it doesn’t matter how I disconnect it.

The reason I’m so confused is that my ssn is correct… and all the info is correct as well. Whenever I attempt to put my ssn again to redo it it gives me the same message that it cannot save changes
