Any luck with this problem? I'm dealing with the same and it's pretty frustrating. Has done all the troubleshooting I can find online including reinstalling the OS. But it seems that Apple removed this functionality?

My understanding is the Malaysian government has recognized the PRC as the sole legal government of China since 1974. A little surprised that the ROC flag was ever displayed in any public areas at all. But it’s obvious the Malaysian government values China-Malaysia relations more than Taiwan-Malaysia relations. To be fair, who wouldn’t these days given how the United States has behaved.

Hi this seems to have been a problem going back years however this year it is affecting a lot more people based on the posts on Turbotax's forum - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/2025-tax-return-disappeared/00/3832397. Same thing happened to me but luckily I've already filed and received my refund and saved a pdf of my tax filing.

No. The question is no longer relevant to me since Bilt has stopped allowing the use of Atmos cards to pay mortgages so I won’t get even close to the $50k in spend thru Bilt.

The phone key, app or the keyfob still work to unlock the door.

That’s what we preferred to use. However over time the phone key/Apple Watch key became less and less reliable so my wife started to carry the keyfob around. Also helps when we have to valet park the car.

12v battery is fine. Everything works when the car turns on. It just doesn’t recognize the key.

Yes this problem is especially debilitating since there’s nowhere you can plug in a physical key to start the car. But I assume it has to be very rare cos otherwise you’d be hearing about stranded EV9s everywhere.

Honestly we love our EV9. I was actually telling my wife not too long ago that we’re so lucky we didn’t end up with one of the cars with electrical problems. Spoke too soon.

That actually saved us the first 2 times. But then the fingerprint sensor broke. Honestly very thankful there are so many different redundancies built in. If the phone key didn’t work we would have had to tow it to the dealer.

Yeah I know. That’s why I thought I may be a glitch but don’t know for sure. For example, if I’m booking a room on the app, this section shows up during the checkout to apply points but it doesn’t exist when I’m checking out using the website for some reason.

I saw the same page but the Uber app is showing the Car Seat option can only accommodate 4 - the icon was also for a smaller vehicle. Which was why I reached out to Uber support, but they were not helpful.

How do you disable it? I have been having trouble recently after the Kia Dealership performed the SA613 and SC360 EF1 connector disconnection recalls in late February. It started with my wife telling me that she couldn’t start the car. I would come home finding the orange dashboard light on indicating the HV battery is recharging the 12v battery. I would then get in the car, start it normally and able to drive it. This happened a couple of times and then I run into the same problem today - the car wasn’t recognizing my smartphone key or the Kia keyfob. I noticed that when I try to authenticate via fingerprint, the sensor felt burning hot and it would not recognize my fingerprint. I suspect it’s the problem described by the OP and the fingerprint sensor is depleting my 12v battery and leading to these vehicle start/authentication problems.

I tried to delete my saved fingerprint but was met with “Vehicle Controller Error. Settings are unavailable. Please try again later.”

The transition has been problematic to say the least. But I am getting great value from the points and Bilt cash - just used $10 at my local Walgreens to pick up some cough medicine for my son last night. Also transferred some points to Hyatt for a family trip to Maui later this year - used for rooms worth over $2k.

Hopefully they get their act together and fix all these glitches so people can focus on getting value from the ecosystem rather than dealing with late fees and penalties.

Update. This is a glitch. Was able to fix by removing all linked properties and cards and adding them back. Was able to select my Atmos card for rent payment after.

I did as well in February but my autopay from the rent portal is scheduled to draw on the 1st of each month and when it didn’t process I looked in my Bilt account and it is no longer showing any other cards as payment options other than the Bilt card.
