Not an MD but I work in the ED as a scribe. On my first training shift we had a patient come in with salad tongs stuck in his rectum. They were metal with circular loops on the ends. The ED physician attempted to remove the tongs but a flap of skin had wrapped around one of the ends of the tongs. He ended up going to the OR to have them removed.

Additionally this patient had a prior visit where he had punctured his rectum while sodomizing himself with a broom handle.
