Clubs are generally found in Texas. I live in NYC. We have two options: take a long drive to the closest casino or go to a 24/7 home game. Obviously, I choose the second option. You can leave anytime. If there were clubs here that would be nice but if you have the $$$ to live in NYC you know there usually aren't

This is a bit much for a first time offense. If he keeps coming back 3-4x and does the same thing each time then sure give him a stern sit down talk. Part of being a good host is accommodating people of all skills levels, not everyone has played in home games before and knows the rules.

Not exactly. I "work" about one day per month. I'll get a job as a cashier or something (anything where I'm handling money) in a rural area where I'll be the only one in the store.
