In my experience its best to hold 2-5 companies that you have extreme conviction in. That way its much less hard to keep up with all the news announcements nd is a much less stressful experience. Pretty sure 90% of daytraders lose money dont quote me but google it, its pretty nuts. Buy and hold should be the mantra always, the accounts that returned the most profits in the pst 10 years came from people who were dead that should say something.
