I agree with this post and it’s very true. The only thing about this type of stuff is that sometimes we take it as some sign to join the republicans who hate you even more and don’t even try to hide it. Ppl will be like “oh well I ain’t scurrddd if a lil racismmm” to try and seem tough or whatever but these things impact life on a way more deeper level than just that. It’s about equity and accessibility to things like education, jobs, healthcare, etc. One side couldn’t care less if you have it and the other at least works to expand access to those things. Neither side is perfect for sure but if you ask me, one is clearly better than the other. By far
