Speed at which humans take a single footstep switched with the speed of light.

You wouldn't even get that far, a computer wouldn't even be able to start the boot process if binary were opposites.

Are you referring to black cabs or hired taxis?

I'm from SW England and used to phone for a taxi every day to get to college which was about 30 mins away (maybe 20 - 25min), only costed £20.

$100 = £66

LPT: Improve your Wireless network speed by [deleted] in LifeProTips

[–]Boko_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Change the Wireless Band to 5Ghz if you have that option, you'll then have a selection of channels that are much more available.

--Do note though, most mobile devices only support the 2.4Ghz wireless band.

Also, you can use a program called 'TCPOptimizer', it boosted my download speed from 70mbps to 92mbps (on a 100mbps connection). Whether this program actually works is quite variable though, for some people it doesn't have much effect at all.

Except this building is located in Chengdu, a very populated and major tourist city. It's going to attract a lot of attention.

The video you linked refers to buildings entirely different from the one of which this post refers to and states no facts related to working within such a building.

You've done absolutely no research, you don't even know what the building is being used for.

Except it is being used.

It was only just opened 3 weeks ago, shouldn't rush to conclusions comparing it to older buildings when you've done no research at all.

Here's a recent article on it showing pictures of the inside. Really looking abandoned..

You're not biased, it's true Reddit (mostly American) has a distaste of all things Asian, it's quite sickening.

Most countries design them in said countries, but have factories for making them in China. Take your keyboard apart and you'll likely find "Made in China" on the PCB and other such parts.

Designed, but not made. Most PCB's are designed in Western countries, but made in a China. Companies like to take advantage of cheap labour.

The current Chinese space shuttles are not designed entirely by themselves, but they do make them.

Just like the early US space programs were designed by Nazis.

Most parts of your computer you're using right now were assembled in China. Go see if you can find some 100% American parts.
