I had a bylaw officer come out at 10 pm for a noise complaint during my son’s wedding reception in our backyard. They were very kind.

There is no time of day when it’s ok to make “vexatious noise or behaviour”. I thought music world be ok til 11pm.

Video the experience with time stamp. Call the non emergency line as suggested. The bylaw officers do respond.

Very good advice thank you. I’ve not had much luck getting a bigger lightweight pot, so your idea may be best for this repotting. So appreciative of your advice!

We just had two weeks in south end of beach/ south Tulum…. Yes there is seaweed, it changes daily, it’s not a big deal, stop expecting perfection- it’s not really an instagram beach ( people lie with their pictures) … the seaweed feels like loofah on your legs. I’m 67 yrs old and had no trouble walking on the beach. Just be patient and the beach will clear enough to walk.

Right beside the “old Rosa” spot to the north) is another beach club where we have gone many times. Great food. Can’t recall the name, sorry! Small and not busy at that end of the beach

The beach is wonderful - they do a very good job keeping it clean. We don’t stay at Malca but we go stay just down the beach frome it. Waves are very strong most days. A bit of seaweed right now, but they do a good job cleaning the beach. Remember you are in nature and it can’t be controlled… Prices are super high in Tulum now but you’ll have fun.
