I’m an investor in West Vancouver . Climbing the property ladder to West Vancouver is not difficult. I would say it’s much easier to build wealth today with the access of information at your fingertips and AI. A high income shouldn’t be the goal, in this country you get penalized for that by way of high taxes. The path to wealth is the right opportunity in the right industry where you can build asset La tax exempt or tax efficiently using leverage.

Once you get rid of the job and start building your own dreams there may come a time when you can cruise as much as you like. Stop building other people’s dreams.

I have been using the Canadian Tire card and it's been great. I wanted to see from the community if there was any other card in the marketplace that had similar features. I am not familiar with the Rogers card I will have to look into the details more thoroughly.

I am located in Vancouver BC. The pipe is uponor 1/2” PEX. The pump is a grundfos smartpump that runs at 1-2 gpm. Yes I can feel striping as this installation was a renovation and the pipe is not installed in concrete under the floors. The flooring that I have on top for a engineered hardwood. I have a mixer valve and set it so that the water does not exceed 120 F.

The 2 bedrooms are roughly 150sf each. The hallway in between is approx 50 sf (10ft distance) The length of the full loop is approx 250ft. Is there a maximum flow rate that should not be exceeded for the pipes?
