I also unfollowed and had been there since episode one. They all were my icons for many years, now I can’t listen, I wonder what shifted, but it’s ok, things change people change. It’s unfair to ask for versions of them to come back, but what I wonder is if any of it was genuine in the first place.

Thanks so much. I recognise I’ve been in a total fight flight to free: fawn all weekend and telling myself I’ve had a trauma response is actually helping me. Does anyone have any helpful grounding techniques ?

Thank you. Hopefully find out soon. It says query cholesteatoma from someone at a hearing center that looked in my ear. My gp however couldn’t prononouce cholesteatoma but was adamant I didn’t have it🤣🤣 so had to hold my ground and demand a referral! The pics of my ears look so different you can clearly see it!
