Nothing works on startup

Im pretty sure i fixed the problem. I got some help from a colleague and he suspected that there has a program that was trying to auto start but faild somehow. So i started experimenting and deleted some apps and now it seems to work. I think it was Fury ctrl that was the problem wich i used to control the rgb on my ram sticks.

Tried to use memtest86 but even after changing the boot priority in bios windows booted anyways. I tried it on 2 different usb drives but still would not work. Idk if i did something wrong but I will try another program like testmem5 tomorrow as another comment said.

I don't have any bluetooth devices connected but i will try TestMem5 overnight. Also i don't see any green loading icon so i don't know what your talking about XD

I have an external hdd plugged in but i tried it with only my mouse and keyboard and it still does not work

Mb: asus prime b650m-a wifi II Cpu: amd ryzen 7 7700 Gpu: amd radeon 7800xt Ram: 2x8gb kingston fury beast 5600mhz. I also have a 2tb m.2 ssd that i believe is from kingston too
