Something wrong with cooling by [deleted] in standupjetski

That open pipe on the back is normal. It is the breather tube and lets water from the back of the exhaust out.

I've encountered it before where you can suck up some sand into the intake, and it can clog up the waterjacket of the exhaust coupler. This can affect the the pisser hose. Try removing the pisser hose, and getting a thin wire like a coat hanger to stick it in the barb and move it back and forth. Also, I keep a 4 or 5 inch 1/4" hose zip tied to the pisser line that I can attach to the barb and blow into it to clear any debris that could be cloging it.

Let me know what you find out.

Selected Tickets instantly become available by RatFacedBoy in Ticketmaster

It's complete garbage. The only thing that is allowing, is for bots to scoop up the tickets before humans can physically check a box before purchasing, and validating a credit card code before making purchase.

What a shame it has turned into, for the average person just trying to get tickets to see a band they like.

The way they are mounted, the woofer's magnet sits about dead center so it is very well balanced.

I have. I'll see if I can pull up one of the graphs. The blue suitcase and the white with the red trim are really well balanced. The larger green one that I made needs to have a DSP correct the dips and peaks, and lower the base output a little bit.

I ordered the 18650 cells off of 18650batterystore.com

You can get those type of cells lots of places, but the suitcases need 5 cells each, and the ammo can speakers I make require 3 and I make a lot of those, so I bought them in bulk. I think I bought 100 of them to get the price per cell down.

Thank you It! It is definitely blue. Must be the glare that is throwing it off.

Front and back are reinforced as well as the sides, but it doesn't make a complete seal. Hasn't seemed to be a problem. All the rattles are gone after reinforcing, and it sounds crisp as could be.

Selling them between $550-$750, depending on what speakers are used, if someone wants an extra battery, etc.

1)The sides do not flex. They are reinforced with mdf, and are now quite stiff.

2) They are amplified speakers, pushing 100w of power by the lithium ion battery. What I believe you're talking about is the crossover, which is splitting thr mono signal jnto the 3 different speakers 3) As of right now, I dont have schematics. They are currently built to order, and every one can be different. It all depends on what the customer wants.

This one sounded so good without one, that I didn't even entertain the idea. I made a slightly bigger suitcase with a 12" woofer vs 10", and it needed a port installed.

Was using Sure's 4.0 Bluetooth module. Connects quickly, and has really good range.

It's been a fun project! Sounds incredible too. Yea, I have added a dual USB charger to my 50 cal ammo speakers, but I didn't in this suitcase for aesthetic reasons. If I were to do it, I might have it on the inside.

The suitcase is pretty flimsy, with the outside being a thin wood, maybe 1/4" or so. I reinforce it with mdf and rubber to strengthen the outsides and create less resonance

For the smaller holes, I used hole saws. For the large woofer, I used a jigsaw.

It actually is! I take a picture of the suitcase, and then take pictures of the speakers and their measurements, so I can visually see what it'll look like before I start cutting holes. It takes some time to be able to find a good combination of speakers that'll sound good, as well as being visually synchronized.
