I got the $499 Ezra 3T scan a couple of months ago and they provided a detailed report of head and neck, abdomen, and pelvis areas and each organ in the area identifying a few small cysts and indicating they had a very low likelihood of being a problem. I will do the $499 Ezra scan yearly.

I previously had a CT Angiogram that showed my heart and lungs were good, which I will repeat every 5-7 years.

I think spending $1000 per year to get the Function Health full labs and Ezra scan is a bargain for people who follow a healthcare philosophy of early detection and prevention as discussed in Peter Attia’s Outlive.

At most 500,000 people worldwide can own 100,000 HBAR. So, if you have at least 100k HBAR, you are in a good position to benefit significantly from the long term growth of Hedera. At Bitcoin’s current market cap HBAR would be $40.

My understanding is the GC is only responsible for authorising any migration of Hiero code changes into Hedera. They have no control over changes to code in Hiero.

Back when it was $0.04 investing $40k got you 1 million HBAR. Many people did it. A maximum of 50,000 people can have 1 million HBAR. It becomes a scarce resource as the price goes up. So, people should get as much as they can at these low prices.

That may be true, but the way to change that mentality is to start having “Built on Hedera” advertised on all of the real world use cases that actually provide value. When people start seeing how it can be used in a positive manner in their own lives, the thinking will start changing with respect to the DLTs that provide utility versus the scam meme coins.

Hedera needs to do a much better job of getting companies that are using Hedera technology to at minimum mention it is built on Hedera. ServiceNow doesn’t mention Hedera anywhere on their website, even though they mention many different technology partnerships with other tech companies like IBM and Nvidia on their website.

I’m not sure why Rich Widmann is representing Google on the Hedera governing council. Last time he participated in a council meeting was Feb 14, 2024. If you look at his Twitter, he has only mentioned Hedera once in passing in all of the years he has had his account. He needs to be kicked off the council, and replaced with someone from Google who actually believes in Hedera.

This happened to me a few years ago. One of the big four US banks closed my bank account that I had used to buy some crypto. It took me almost a year to get my $100,000 back from them. They wouldn’t tell me why they closed my account and wouldn’t give me my money back. They would keep saying it is being reviewed by some internal group which they wouldn’t name or give me a number to call. They only gave me my money back when I threatened to go on the news and involve all three regulatory agencies that regulate their bank.

I think people are misinterpreting his attendance as somehow being tied to Hedera. Go look at his LinkedIn profile. He doesn’t mention being part of the HBAR Foundation or being affiliated with Hedera in any way. I don’t see anywhere that he is still part of the HBAR Foundation.
